Night Security Service for Villas2Let in Premiere Pearl

In response to numerous complaints from homeowners about disturbances caused by short-term rental villas under the Villas2Let sign, the committee, along with our lawyer, negotiated with Villas2Let to establish regular monitoring of these properties. This monitoring will be conducted by a licensed security service responsible for overseeing the behavior of their guests.

The service is scheduled to operate during the high tourist season, from now until October, with patrols of our complex.
