On Monday night there was an accident in the complex involving tourists driving the quad bike, which resulted in property damage of one of the owners. Paralimni Police station is aware of the accident. To support the safety efforts for the residents and their families in the complex, we announce that quad bikes or buggies are not allowed to get into the complex moving forward.
Property managers of those villas which are to let, please include this information into the rules of your guests.
Moreover, to deter theft and vandalism, property damage, and road safety the Committee made a decision to install the CCTV Surveillance system in the complex. The Committee is responsible for the collection, monitoring, processing and control of the personal data of the tenants as per the Law.
