Dear residents of the Premier Pearl complex in Paralimni,
With the hot season approaching, the committee has taken proactive steps to protect the community from increased rodent activity, especially as rats tend to migrate from the surrounding fields during warmer months.
This week, 12 new pest-control traps were installed across the Premier Pearl complex, including public parking areas and along the outer perimeter. Last year, when traps were placed within individual residential plots, we observed a significant reduction in rodent presence. Building on that success, we have expanded coverage to secure the perimeter and further prevent pests from entering the complex. To ensure continued effectiveness, our cleaning team will check and refill all traps monthly.
